1. Responsibilities- Contributes to the strategy, design & execution of Medable’s account management & partnership governance program
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership within partner/client organizations, ensuring alignment with Medable’s governance programs and strategic objectives.
- Identify and drive impactful work streams that advance strategic initiatives.
- Partner with clients and cross-functional Medable teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives and study development standards.
- Define and monitor operational key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partner/client success and provide metrics for governance meetings.
- Create operational strategy and client deployment strategy to support training and implementation.
- Develop expertise in Medable’s digital trial platform and service portfolio to inform strategy, identify opportunities, and educate partners/clients on additional solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client deliverables.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor actions to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Address and resolve complex issues requiring deep knowledge of Medable’s operations, subcontractors, products, and services.
- Provide oversite for resourcing, project management and financial management on all projects.
- Lead initiatives to optimize operational excellence across assigned accounts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience or a combination of education and experience managing clients/accounts operations.
- Advanced understanding of eCOA, ePRO, EDC and DCT with demonstrated success in account management.
- In-depth expertise in clinical trial data management, regulatory compliance, and global study environments.
- Proven operational client/account support in clinical trials.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional client service and resolve issues proactively.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Deep knowledge of clinical trial initiatives, tools, and emerging trends.
- Track record of building long-term client relationships and retaining high-value accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Master’s degree (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and clinical trial systems (CTMS, EDC, eCOA).
