We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Coordinator to support the administration of our Service Partner Program. This role involves coordinating program logistics, managing relationships with service partners, and ensuring efficient tracking and reimbursement of spare parts. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to foster collaborative relationships with partner organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the planning and execution of the Service Partner Program, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and service standards.
- Receive, review, and track reports from service partners detailing spare part usage and service activities.
- Manage the reimbursement process for spare parts supplied to service partners, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth program operations and address any logistical challenges.
- Monitor program performance, analyzing data on spare part usage, service response times, and partner compliance.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on program performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service partners, addressing inquiries, providing support, and resolving any issues that arise.
- Assist in budget management related to the Service Partner Program, including tracking expenditures and preparing financial documentation.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, training sessions, and workshops for service partners and program staff.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with service partners, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
- Support the development and implementation of programmatic strategies to enhance partner performance and program impact.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support overall organizational success.
Honeywell recently announced plans to sell its Product Solutions and Services (PSS) business to Brady Corporation. At this time, we anticipate that the deal will close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. We expect this role, dedicated to the PSS business, will be part of this future transaction when it closes.
You Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in program coordination, supply chain management, or a related field
- 3+ years experience with inventory management and financial reimbursement processes preferred.
- Experience in creating training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning content.
