Program Coordinator Supporting Advisory & Software Delivery Projects
As a critical member of the client delivery team, the Programs Coordinator will work to deliver a smooth and engaging experience, helping clients achieve the key outcomes and deliverables identified for the program.
In this role you will:
- Finalize dates and agenda for upcoming client programs
- Confirm key program dates across client and internal team calendars
- Ensure contract is set up properly in program/project management platform
- Work with accounting team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Serve as a bridge between closing the deal, finalizing program dates and agenda
- Interfacing with client stakeholders to set up interviews
- Ensure all program milestones and deliverables are met on time and at a high-quality
- Apply design thinking methods and outward mindset principles to solve complex customer problems with a user-centered approach
- Explore, learn, and share various digital innovation methodologies and best practices with clients, partners and team mates
- Help facilitate workshops that help stakeholders identify opportunities for innovation
- Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of client advisory engagements, maintaining regular communication with client on project status, next steps, and roadblocks
- Help define, launch, and grow new innovation subscription offering that will help Senior Executives create and sustain innovation culture across their organizations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, ideal candidate will have MBA or related graduate degree
- Minimum of 1 – 3 years of progressively responsible experience in business development, professional services, and/or design of enterprise applications
- Curiosity about digital innovation and helping client’s dream up innovative solutions that are customer-centered
- Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Aptitude to learn quickly and a superb attention to detail and process orientation
- Ability to think creatively and strategically with a focus on achieving outcomes
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaboration
- Dedication to achieving outstanding customer results
- Experience using remote collaboration technologies, such as Zoom, Mural, Miro, Slack, etc.
