Responsibilities:
- Partner with site leadership to implement and reinforce company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collect, organize, and maintain administrative data; develop clear, data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Review supervisor reports for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and facilitate timely resolutions.
- Maintain and update personnel rosters, shift schedules, and event assignments.
- Serve as the primary contact for IT-related activities, including basic troubleshooting and asset inventory management.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration across internal teams and with external partners.
- Contribute to program development initiatives and continuous improvement efforts that enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a production or operations setting (aerospace, manufacturing, construction, or similar industry).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools; familiarity with data analytics and reporting software is a plus.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly across teams.
- Decision-Making: Capable of analyzing data and making informed, timely decisions to support program goals.
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment and build positive relationships.
- Adaptability: Flexibility in shift availability. While the position will primarily operate on first shift, occasional support on alternate shifts may be required on short notice to meet program needs.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate
- Must be willing to undergo background check
- Must meet ITAR requirements
