You will serve as a key operational and program management partner supporting global, cross-functional initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of financial operations, project execution, and strategic coordination, with a strong emphasis on procurement processes, AI/innovation workstreams, and executive-level reporting. You’ll help drive operational excellence by ensuring seamless execution across multiple stakeholders, vendors, and regions in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial & Procurement Operations- Manage end-to-end purchase order (PO) and statement of work (SOW) processes, including vendor onboarding, approvals, tracking, and reconciliation
- Partner closely with finance and procurement teams to ensure policy compliance and financial accuracy
- Track budgets, spend, and forecasts across multiple projects and vendors
- Maintain financial hygiene, including invoicing, accruals, cost tracking, and reporting
- Support leadership with financial reporting, including budget status, variance analysis, and reallocations
- Lead day-to-day execution of AI and innovation-focused initiatives (e.g., automation, accelerator programs, agent-based solutions)
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of blockers
- Support intake, prioritization, and tracking of initiatives across a dynamic portfolio
- Produce reporting dashboards and executive-ready status updates
- Act as a central coordination point across headquarters, regional teams, and external partners
- Establish and manage operational rhythms (status meetings, working sessions, check-ins)
- Ensure alignment across initiatives, timelines, and deliverables
- Maintain a single source of truth for plans, trackers, and key documentation
- Support governance processes, including approvals, reporting standards, and documentation
- Coordinate and manage multiple external vendors (consulting, communications, events, technology partners)
- Oversee delivery quality, timelines, and outputs across vendors
- Support SOW development, onboarding, and performance tracking
- Serve as liaison between internal stakeholders and third-party partners
- Build and maintain dashboards and trackers for projects, financials, and resources
- Provide clear, concise, executive-level insights on progress, risks, and outcomes
- Identify and drive process improvements across financial workflows, project tracking, and reporting
- Support implementation of new tools and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- 8–10+ years of experience in program/project management, operations, or PMO roles
- Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with structured governance and tracking
- 5+ years of experience in financial operations, including PO/SOW management, budget tracking, and vendor coordination
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with experience building reports, dashboards, and trackers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting AI, innovation, or digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Excel, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint, and project management platforms
- Background in internal communications or content creation (e.g., newsletters, executive updates, videos)
- Experience working in global organizations with cross-regional collaboration
- Exposure to process improvement or automation initiatives
Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $31 – $34.13 USD/hourly. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
