In This Role
In this role, you will support fiscal year planning and execution activities within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate planning milestones, manage content and assets, and ensure deliverables are completed on time. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly as priorities evolve. You will play a key role in enabling smooth communication, maintaining planning tools and documentation, and supporting leadership-ready materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage stakeholder meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-ups
- Support fiscal year planning activities by tracking milestones, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop and refine PowerPoint presentations, executive summaries, and planning materials
- Consolidate, organize, and maintain content across shared repositories and planning tools
- Update and manage planning systems, calendars, and documentation (e.g., internal tools, trackers)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment on deliverables
- Assist in crafting messaging and summaries using AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot or similar tools)
- Ensure all materials meet quality standards and are prepared for leadership reviews
- Monitor progress against deadlines and proactively identify risks or gaps
- Support a fast-paced Q4 planning cycle with shifting priorities and tight turnaround times
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program/project coordination or stakeholder management roles
- 5+ years of experience in written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting
- Strong experience with productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting fiscal year planning, business planning, or operational rhythms
- Familiarity with content management or internal planning tools (e.g., asset repositories, tracking systems)
- Experience preparing leadership-ready presentations and executive communications
- Exposure to AI tools for content generation, summarization, or workflow support
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure environments (e.g., Q4 cycles, deadline-driven programs)
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach
- Experience working in large, matrixed, enterprise environments
Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $25 – $27 USD per Hr. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
