As a Program Controls Specialist II at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating program control activities that ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will provide critical support in tracking project schedules, costs, risks, and performance metrics to drive successful project execution.
You will report directly to the Program Controls Manager and work from our location on a Hybrid work schedule.
This role will have a significant impact on project delivery by enabling effective program oversight, improving forecasting accuracy, and facilitating communication across project teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goals
- Identify potential risks and support mitigation planning efforts
- Prepare and present program status reports and dashboards to leadership
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure program control processes are followed

- Experience in program controls, project management, or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with project planning and scheduling tools, strong in MS Excel
