AnaVation LLC is seeking a Program Control Analyst (PCA) at the Staff level who desires a long-term opportunity in a dynamic environment. This position will support both the Lead Program Control Analyst with exposure to the Project Management Leadership team in providing financial support and analysis to achieve project excellence. This will include program planning support such as scheduling, budgeting, performance monitoring, variance analysis, status reporting, data validation and resource planning using AnaVation’s business system, Unanet. This position will follow accounting, contractual and regulatory requirements along with proper approval authorization and will assist in the development of Program Control procedures. Reporting will include monthly CDRL reporting, ad-hoc request to support customer requirements and utilizing Unanet for creating standardized program financial reporting, dash boards and metric reporting. This position will closely collaborate with the Contracts team to track contract ceiling and funding, forecast all direct labor, ensure that project set up meets contractual requirements, accurately reflects the correct labor hours, rates, labor category, subcontractor costs and ODC costs, and assist in contract closeout. In addition, there is the opportunity to collaborate with Business Development Team to track and manage investment budgets for each account. This position will report to the Lead Program Control Analyst and be a member of the Accounting/Finance team. This position is an exempt, salaried position.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline
• Relevant experience (0-2 years) in Earned Value Management System (EVMS), project accounting and/or project control
• Previous experience in Government Contracting, working with Cost Type, Time and Materials, and/or Fixed Priced contracts.
• Knowledge of FAR and experience with DCAA/DCMA compliance will be helpful
• Previous experience with business system software (or specifically Unanet) is desired however Unanet training can be provided.
• Strong computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Excel
• Superior memory for details and quality orientated.
• Excellent organizational skills, including following established process and assisting with process refinement.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.
• Self-starter, demonstrated initiative and ability to work with minimum supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

• Candidate may possess or be able to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.
