Job Responsibilities:
Als Program Buyer übernimmst du Verantwortung für dir zugeordnete Programme/Plattformen und berücksichtigst globale und lokale Einkaufsprozesse. Folgende Aufgaben fallen dabei in deinen Aufgabenbereich, um Zielkosten, Timing und Qualitätsanforderungen wahren zu können.
Deine Aufgaben:
  • Verantwortung für die interne und externe operative Abwicklung des Bestellprozesses für die dir zugeordneten Programme und Plattformen vom Angebot bis zur Rechnung
  • Überblick über die wichtigsten einkaufsrelevanten Programmkennzahlen vom Projektstart bis zum Projektende und Überwachung der Programm- und Plattformvorgaben sowie deren Projektfortschritt
  • Erarbeitung wettbewerbsfähiger Material- und Toolingkosten für Kundenangebote in enger Abstimmung mit den internen Fachbereichen und frühzeitige Einbindung strategischer Lieferanten
  • Vertretung der Einkaufsabteilung gegenüber internen und externen Partnern
  • Selbstständige Verhandlung mit Lieferanten nach Zielvorgaben für Zukaufteile und gemeinsame Entscheidung mit beschaffungsinternen Gremien nach Sourcing, Short-Listing, Risk Assessment und design-to-Cost-Aktivitäten für den besten Anbieter
  • Erkennen von Abweichungen oder Einsparungspotenzialen im Verantwortungsbereich und selbständiges Einleiten von Kosten-Optimierungs-Maßnahmen

Wonach wir suchen:
  • Professionelles Auftreten, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und idealerweise Kenntnisse in Vertragsrecht
  • Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke

Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL/FH/TU) mit Schwerpunkt Elektronik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o.ä.
  • Berufserfahrung im Einkauf und/oder in der Automobilindustrie
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Das Bruttojahresgehalt (für 38,5 Stunden) nach dem Kollektivvertrag der Fahrzeugindustrie beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 3.802,93. Eine Überzahlung ist aufgrund von entsprechenden Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen gelebte Praxis.
