Program Associate- Velocity (AI & Deeptech)
Who we are
NSRCEL is
the startup incubator of IIM Bangalore. We are committed to building and
supporting entrepreneurs solving meaningful problems across sectors. Through
our incubation programs, we work closely with founders, corporates, investors,
and ecosystem partners to help startups scale.
You will
support the design and execution of NSRCEL's early revenue stage program
focussing on AI & Deeptech(Velocity). This is a high-learning role with
exposure to founders, corporate partners, investors, and the startup ecosystem.
You will work closely with the program team across operations, stakeholder
management, outreach, and portfolio support.
- Support
relationship management with funding partners and ensure smooth program
coordination.
- Track
program budgets, vendor payments, and operational expenses.
- Assist
in proposal writing, reports, presentations, and partner documentation.
- Drive
program outreach through events, ecosystem engagement, and social media.
- Support
portfolio management through startup data tracking, founder calls, session
coordination, and follow-ups.
- Assist
in designing and executing workshops, mentor sessions, and cohort
activities.
- Build
an understanding of DeepTech sectors and support research on emerging
technology trends.
- Coordinate
with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program
execution.
Requirements
Requirements
- 1–2
years of work experience.
- Interest
in startups, DeepTech, and emerging technologies.
- Strong
written and verbal communication skills.
- Good
organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable
managing multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Familiarity
& experience with AI productivity tools is a must.
- Any
educational background is welcome.
- High
learning agility and curiosity.
- Ownership
mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Someone
who can grow into a key member of the team and eventually take ownership
of strategic initiatives.
- Strong
communication skills with the potential to become a program champion for
Velocity.
- Collaborative,
proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup ecosystem.

What We Do
NSRCEL, the startup incubator of IIM Bangalore, supports entrepreneurs and early- and growth-stage ventures through hands-on mentorship, access to funding, expert networks, accelerator and incubation programs, and industry partnerships.
