Step into a pivotal role in driving strategic transformation, where your leadership will shape the future of our organization. In this role, you will partner with senior management to deliver high-impact, cross-functional projects that drive operational excellence, strengthen oversight, and provide exceptional service to both the Legal Entity and our internal clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in executing initiatives that create lasting value and position our business for continued success.
As a JPMSE Operations-Program and Strategy implementation Manager in Operations team, you will shape the strategic agenda and orchestrate cross-functional delivery against enterprise objectives. You will report to the JPMSE Warsaw Operations Governance Lead and partner closely with the Head of JPMSE Operations and the wider team to align priorities and decisions. Your day centers on setting direction, aligning stakeholders, and stewarding execution through robust governance, risk awareness, and clear accountability. This work matters for our firm, because it drives strategic transformation, strengthens operational oversight, and ensures top-tier outcomes for the Legal Entity and internal clients.
Job responsibilities
  • Transform high-level strategic objectives into actionable programs and projects.
  • Develop project plans, set milestones, and coordinate resources across multiple business lines for successful execution.
  • Partner with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure initiatives are aligned with business goals and delivered efficiently.
  • Facilitate regular communication and joint problem-solving across teams.
  • Strengthen and maintain the Governance & Oversight framework for outsourced operations, conducting regular reviews and ensuring robust controls and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Leverage data analytics to track program progress, measure performance, identify emerging risks, and provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive metrics dashboards to monitor KPIs and operational effectiveness, ensuring real-time visibility and supporting data-driven management and reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management and key stakeholders, providing clear updates on program status, escalating issues when necessary, and collaborating to resolve challenges.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal clients and support dialogue with regulatory bodies across jurisdictions.
  • Ensure operational initiatives meet client needs and regulatory expectations, supporting audit and regulatory reviews, and facilitating timely resolution of client and regulatory inquiries.
  • Assess and challenge existing processes to identify opportunities for innovation, lead process enhancements, and implement best practices to drive operational excellence.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics).
  • Experience in financial services, ideally in investment banking operations, regulatory, compliance, or controls.
  • Strong project management and data analytics skills.
  • Knowledge of outsourcing governance and related regulations.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and build relationships across teams and locations.
  • Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in policy development and process improvement.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Good Understanding of regulatory requirements in Germany, Luxembourg, and Ireland.
  • Experience working with global teams and challenging outsourced providers.
  • Fluency in German and/or French.
