Who We Are
At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. So why work at Kyndryl? We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.
The Role
Lead PEC's program management operations: Own and optimize the project and program management teams and operations within PEC, turning proposition strategy into a well-governed, predictably delivered portfolio of work.
Set PMO standards: Define methodology, governance, prioritization, resourcing and risk management across PEC's portfolio of proposition-development and content initiatives, with a reporting cadence that gives stakeholders real visibility into status.
Bring content-operations discipline: Apply hands-on content operations experience – workflow design, approval and governance, asset lifecycle management, agency/vendor coordination – to remove bottlenecks and clarify ownership across the proposition and content pipeline.
Build and lead the team: Recruit, lead and develop the project/program management team within PEC as it scales, setting team structure, ways of working and performance standards.
Connect PEC to Consult Growth: Partner with the Consult Growth team (dotted line) to ensure PEC's operating model is aligned to downstream GTM and enablement priorities – the delivery engine behind the growth agenda.
Operating rhythm and reporting: Establish dashboards and a reporting cadence that give PEC and Consult Growth leadership visibility into portfolio health, throughput and value delivered.
Continuous improvement: Standardize intake, prioritization and delivery templates across proposition work streams, and drive ongoing improvement of PEC's operating processes.
Resource and budget management: Manage budget and resource allocation across the PEC project/program portfolio.
HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED
On-time, in-scope delivery across the PEC proposition and content portfolio
Cycle time and throughput improvements in proposition development and content operations
Governance and reporting adoption across PEC work streams
Team growth and capability build-out over time
Stakeholder satisfaction across both PEC and Consult Growth
Kyndryl currently does not require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, however, if you are hired to work at a client, customer, or partner location, you may be required to show proof of vaccination to align with their respective COVID-19 vaccination policies. Those who believe they are eligible may apply for a medical or religious accommodation prior to the start of employment.
Who You Are
Content operations background: Hands-on experience running content operations within a marketing or sales operations function – workflow, governance, and cross-functional coordination, not just project tracking.
Program/PMO leadership: Proven experience building or running a project/program management function or PMO, ideally within a professional services or consulting environment; PMP/PgMP or equivalent is a plus.
Operational rigor: Able to design and enforce standards – intake, governance, reporting – across a portfolio of concurrent initiatives, and to make the trade-offs those standards require.
Team leadership: Experience building, leading and developing a project or program management team.
Stakeholder management across a dual reporting line: Comfortable balancing PEC priorities with Consult Growth priorities, and communicating clearly with both.
Experience: Typically 6+ years of combined experience across program management and content, marketing or sales operations, ideally in professional services.
