Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to provide analytical support and administrative oversight of programs, projects, and/or corresponding contracts.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborates with team to design and develop program resources, operating goals, objectives, and protocols.

  • Provides technical and/or operational support on projects and programs.

  • Plays a key role in implementing projects and programs in the function.

  • Tracks program activity, requirements, and progress through logistics management and administration.

  • Provides analytical support to ensure compliance with contract terms.

  • Provides technical/professional and programmatic guidance, consultation, and support, as appropriate.

  • Analyzes data gathered and develops solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.

  • Facilitates/executes all program reporting mechanisms.

  • Conducts detailed data analysis; interprets data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

  • Develops models and simulations to forecast program outcomes and impacts.

  • Designs and implements program evaluation plans.

  • Assesses program effectiveness and efficiency using quantitative and qualitative methods.

  • Provides recommendations for program enhancements based on evaluation findings.

  • Prepares comprehensive and detailed reports, including data visualizations, to present analysis results to stakeholders, senior management, and program teams.

  • Plans and manages program-related projects; coordinates with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, and report on project status.

  • Ensures timely completion of deliverables.

  • Acts as a resource to managers and employees in the organization.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree related to function or equivalent experience that meets guidelines established for job

    2+ years of related professional experience

  • Ability to demonstrate technical and operational proficiency in related duties

  • Advanced knowledge of principles, practices, policies, and procedures of the functional area

  • Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems

  • Advanced knowledge of program management and life cycle development

  • Advanced knowledge of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on projects

  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Effective time-management and organizational skills

  • Ability to maintain detail-oriented mindset, allowing for multi-tasking while managing projects within a program

  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders

  • Effective analytical and problem solving skills

  • Effective computer skills in Microsoft programs (excel, word, powerpoint, etc.)

  • Effective data interpretation skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

  • Ability to take initiative and make sound decisions

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Must possess a SECRET Clearance (highly preferred TS/SCI or above)

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $74,800.00 - $130,900.00
