What you will be doing? 

This position is contingent upon contract award. We are currently pursuing a proposal and are seeking qualified candidates to include in our submission and identify candidates for future hiring needs on the program once awarded.

For this position, we are seeking a talented individual to join AIS as a Senior Program Analyst. As your initial project assignment, you will support the unique needs of our client as a Program Analyst.

Project Summary
 

The Intermediate Management and Program Analyst will support the development, implementation, and ongoing administration of a Private Sector Clearance Program (PSCP) within a federal security environment. This role provides critical administrative, analytical, and documentation support to ensure program operations run efficiently and meet established requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the establishment and ongoing maturation of the Private Sector Clearance Program (PSCP) in accordance with OSO management requirements.

  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and updates of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Prepare and maintain correspondence, reports, briefings, and other documentation; manage both hard copy and electronic records.

  • Ensure content for the internal OSO SharePoint site is accurate, current, and updated in a timely manner; process forms and related program documentation.

  • Receive inbound communications and prepare outbound communications, including Electronic Communications (ECs), file records, and related documentation.

  • Support preparation of final reports, including editing, and development of charts, graphs, and presentation materials.

  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Personnel Security Specialist to support all aspects of the Personnel Security Evaluation Program (PSEP).

  • Serve as a backup to the Senior Personnel Security Specialist as needed; adjudication training will be provided.

  • Maintain strong organizational practices to ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping.

  • Utilize MS Office Suite tools to support administrative, reporting, and analytical tasks.

Required for This Opportunity

  • Bachelor’s degree in security, business, intelligence, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in an office environment handling administrative functions and supporting program operations.

  • 4+ years of experience drafting correspondence, reports, briefings, SOPs, and other documentation.

  • 4+ years of demonstrated organizational experience with managing and maintaining records.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Advanced degree in security, business, management, government, intelligence, or a related field.

  • Experience supporting federal security clearance programs or personnel security processes.

  • Familiarity with SharePoint content management.

  • Experience supporting PSEP or similar adjudication-related programs.

At AIS, we are committed to offering competitive and fair compensation that reflects the skills, experience, and contributions of each team member. The targeted base salary range for this role is $97,000-$146,000 per year. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.
