What you’ll do:

The Program Analyst at eHealth will provide comprehensive analytical support across the organization, particularly within the Amplify Business Unit. This role involves collaborating with Account Managers, Program Managers, Data Analysts, Sales, Sales Operations, and Leadership to ensure successful program execution through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate is a structured thinker with strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for driving program success using data. You should excel in navigating ambiguity, proactively seeking strategic opportunities to enhance business performance, and effectively managing and communicating program data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analytical Support: Provide robust analytical support for the Amplify Operations teams (including Program Managers, Account Managers, and Leadership) to monitor daily program SLAs, identify gaps and opportunities, assess overall program performance, and communicate findings clearly and effectively to appropriate team members.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive reporting tools to track program performance, including SLAs, actuals vs. forecasts, and overall effectiveness. Manage program data quickly, accurately, and effectively to ensure reliability.
  • Performance Decks & Presentations: Build and design PowerPoint decks that effectively present program performance data and insights for various stakeholders.
  • Proactive Engagement: Engage proactively with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable business and technical requirements.
  • Optimization & Strategy: Organize and track the performance of multiple programs, providing visibility and insights to optimize outcomes, including marketing channel mix, agent mix, and lead distribution.
  • Recommendations & Insights: Analyze historical behavior to make data-driven recommendations for program optimization and present complex information in a clear, concise manner to senior management and business stakeholders.
  • Tool Utilization: Leverage tools like Excel, Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, and Snowflake to streamline and optimize data manipulation and reporting processes.
  • Communication: Clearly and concisely communicate analytical insights to senior management and other stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decisions are well-informed and actionable.

Who you are:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • You have at least: 2+ years of experience as a Program Analyst, Sales Analyst, Operations Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
  • You have strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You are proficient in utilizing data tools: conducting data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, and Snowflake, with basic knowledge of SQL queries.
  • You have exceptional attention to detail: keen attention to detail, with the ability to manipulate data quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
  • You have strong communication skills: strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and actionable manner.
  • You have basic knowledge of finance or accounting concepts, a plus.

The base pay range reflects the anticipated pay range for this position. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed. Base pay is one component of eHealth’s total rewards package, which also includes an annual performance bonus, plus an array of benefits designed to support employees’ personal and professional wellness.
