Summary: The successful candidate will work closely with the AVP of Program Performance to develop and monitor key metrics, KPIs, benchmarks and vendor score cards to drive program performance at Healthesystems; manage the operational and tactical aspects of selected performance improvement initiatives.

- Develop, monitor, evaluate and report on KPIs, benchmarks and vendor score cards to drive program performance for Healthesystems and our customers.
- Drive the creation and delivery of executive-level analysis, key insights and presentations while managing stakeholder expectations, escalating risks and issues appropriately.
- Support sales and account management, as a program performance SME, in customer presentations and business reviews.
- Evaluate, document and communicate value derived from program performance initiatives and recommend program performance improvement opportunities.
- Research and understand market dynamics, as it relates to program performance.
- Forecast trends and report findings to customers and to executive management, leveraging customer insight to assist in the development of strategic performance goals.
Qualifications/Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university; plus a minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of workers’ compensation or healthcare related experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent judgment, organization skills, group facilitation skills, decision making, delegating and communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability work collaboratively with analysts, clinicians, senior managers and executives to drive change throughout the organization
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, status reporting, and issue/risk management.
- Must possess analytical skills to evaluate, understand and interpret data from both internal and client perspective
- Must be able to communicate ideas and analysis results effectively both verbally and in writing to both a technical and non-technical audience
- Must possess statistical analysis and graphical data display experience
- Must demonstrate a superior ability to recognize and define problems, understand business and system processes, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Must be able to formulate and communicate questions to gather the necessary missing information to resolve a problem.

Duties are performed primarily in a home office setting utilizing computer equipment. Travel to attend meetings and visit locations throughout the country may be required.
