Summary:   The successful candidate will work closely with the AVP of Program Performance to develop and monitor key metrics, KPIs, benchmarks and vendor score cards to drive program performance at Healthesystems; manage the operational and tactical aspects of selected performance improvement initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities: “To simplify complexities for each customer.”  

  1. Develop, monitor, evaluate and report on KPIs, benchmarks and vendor score cards to drive program performance for Healthesystems and our customers. 
  2. Drive the creation and delivery of executive-level analysis, key insights and presentations while managing stakeholder expectations, escalating risks and issues appropriately. 
  3. Support sales and account management, as a program performance SME, in customer presentations and business reviews. 
  4. Evaluate, document and communicate value derived from program performance initiatives and recommend program performance improvement opportunities. 
  5. Research and understand market dynamics, as it relates to program performance. 
  6. Forecast trends and report findings to customers and to executive management, leveraging customer insight to assist in the development of strategic performance goals. 

Qualifications/Education/Certifications: 

   Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university; plus a minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Knowledge of workers’ compensation or healthcare related experience preferred. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

  • Excellent judgment, organization skills, group facilitation skills, decision making, delegating and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability work collaboratively with analysts, clinicians, senior managers and executives to drive change throughout the organization 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, status reporting, and issue/risk management. 
  • Must possess analytical skills to evaluate, understand and interpret data from both internal and client perspective 
  • Must be able to communicate ideas and analysis results effectively both verbally and in writing to both a technical and non-technical audience 
  • Must possess statistical analysis and graphical data display experience 
  • Must demonstrate a superior ability to recognize and define problems, understand business and system processes, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Must be able to formulate and communicate questions to gather the necessary missing information to resolve a problem. 
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographical cost of labor, etc.  In addition to base pay, Healthesystems offers a comprehensive benefits package including, health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, wellness resources, recognition programs, 401k contribution, and PTO & Holiday pay (all subject to eligibility requirements). Anticipated Starting Pay Range
$68,800$94,600 USD

To facilitate working from home, and as a requirement for this role, candidates must provide their own reliable, high speed internet access with sufficient bandwidth to execute all job functions. Company laptop will be provided.
