Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking Program Analyst III to support our customer in Huntsville, AL.
What you will be doing:
- Serves as the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) hub for all travel coordination’s.
- The responsibility of making sure all documents are correct before the Division Chief Approves forms (1297, Itinerary, FMS form).
- Keeps track and makes sure travelers have completed their ISOPREP, APACS, Immunization memo, AT Level One, SERE Training, and Security Briefing Memo.
- Verify DTS Authorization and Voucher are completed and approved before the date of travel.
- Request status for ISOPREP and information for Immunizations memorandum be sent by G1 to FOX clinic.
- Updates and maintains the SAMD Travel Tracker on SharePoint with the most current information and forms.
- Some additional duties include but are not limited to managing and accounting for the Division Chief property. Know the location of every piece of equipment.
- Make arrangement for travelers with international agencies.
What you will need:
- Secret Security Clearance required
Skills Required
- Active Secret security clearance
- Experience using SharePoint to maintain trackers and documents
- Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS) authorizations and vouchers
- Familiarity with ISOPREP, APACS, immunization documentation, SERE and security briefing requirements
- Experience managing and accounting for organizational property/equipment
