- Work on client projects - taking full ownership of tasks and workstreams that contribute to the overall project goals and delivering high quality solutions
- Document business processes, identify improvements, present solutions to clients, and implement solutions to achieve mission results
- Managing tasks from initiation to close out of the project with strong communication, planning, and routing
- Provides timely and accurate project support, effective meeting management (scheduling agenda, materials, minutes, action item tracking), development and maintenance of project master schedules
- Provides technical support, including business analysis, drafting documentation, reviewing and updating documentation, and ensuring compliance with requirements
- Analyzes overall project management processes for operational efficiencies, assist in executing project management process changes utilizing accessible resources, and automates advanced project management processes
- Facilitate the change management activities to end-users during a project and ease their transition to the new system in accordance with the deployment schedule
- Clearly explaining required process changes and effectively resolving issues.
- Work closely with clients and teams to build on team and company knowledge to speed up the process for identifying innovative, yet practical solutions
- Create high quality work products and deliverables including documents, presentations, and data dashboards that allow clients to make decisions
- Contribute to company service areas beyond just the project to build new skills and help the company grow by developing our capabilities and selling new business

- Collaborate with our clients to solve tough problems, delivering outstanding client service, and achieving mission results
- Apply excellent consulting, business analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients
- At least 5 years of project management support
- Experience in large, complex Federal government or other nationwide programs with a preferred focus on grants and program management
- Proven to be flexible and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and complex work environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Outstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills and strong leadership potential
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person
- Technologically savvy, especially with Microsoft products and use of collaboration tools like SharePoint
- Desire to join a consulting firm and learn business concepts; loves to collaborate and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects
- Ability to work in the Washington, DC metro area and travel to different locations
- Clearance: U.S. Citizenship only (no dual citizenship). Currently holds a Public Trust level clearance or have the ability to obtain and maintain a position of trust/Federal security clearance
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (minimum) required
- Critical Skills: Executive presence, leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, collaborative mind-set, excellent problem-solving skills, and interest in working in a consulting firm. Interest in working on assignments outside of one project is strongly desired
