We’re growing our Program Administration team in our Charlotte office and are looking for a Program Administrator to perform customer service, data management, and program coordination duties.  The opportunity to work from a remote location/home office is available.

The role includes the monitoring, cleansing, and reconciliation of incoming sales and inventory data as well as providing customer support to various client and client’s retailers. A successful Program Administrator will be self-motivated and possess strong communication and data skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as the liaison between the client and the client’s retailers.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience, training and support to facilitate portal registration, data submission, and program administration.
  • Answer inbound phone calls and perform outbound phone calls to deliver/acquire information, and communicate with the client and the client’s retailers via email.
  • Research, respond to, and track client and retailer questions and issues, providing resolution.
  • Monitor and reconcile incoming sales and inventory data.
  • Validate and/or correct data to align with various business rules.
  • Perform research and cleansing of company demographic data to enhance customer database.
  • Manage multiple priorities in support of the client and its retailers.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to ensure program success.
  • Perform data entry and additional administration support as needed.
  • Assist with quality assurance and system testing tasks as needed.
  • Support company quality standards, policies, procedures and work instructions as provided.
  • This job will require working with confidential information such as social security numbers, credit cards and customer names and addresses.

What You'll Need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adept in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in other Microsoft programs, JIRA, Salesforce (Service Cloud, Lead Management) a plus.
  • Strong planning, multitasking and organizational skills; attention to detail and proactive client follow-up required.
  • Experience working with sales and/or inventory data preferred.
  • Experience validating bug fixes and conducting user acceptance and regression testing on web portals a plus.
  • Agribusiness experience a plus.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service role.
  • Four-year degree preferred.
  • Share the belief that giving customers a high level of service is always top priority.
