The opportunity:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated full-time Program Administrator for our Practical Nurse (PN) program.

  • The Program Administrator must have a current, valid licensure as a registered nurse in Ohio.

  • The Program Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring that it is meeting its educational goals, and that students are receiving the highest quality education.

  • This opportunity is in-person in Columbus Ohio.

  • This position reports to our Head of Learning

  • This position would begin late September 2025.

What you’ll do:

  • Teaching responsibilities- you will be the didactic, skills lab (in-person), and clinical educator (in-person).

  • Oversee the curriculum for the PN program.

  • Manage program enrollment, including recruitment and admissions, orientation, and registration.

  • Oversee student progress and performance, including grading, academic advising, and program completion.

  • Recruit, train, and supervise program faculty and staff.

  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for students.

  • Develop and manage program budgets and resources.

  • Conduct program evaluation and assessment, and make data-driven recommendations for program improvement.

  • Ability to have a flexible schedule, with some evening classes and weekend obligations involved.

What you’ll bring:

  • Current, valid licensure as a registered nurse in Ohio

  • Experience in nursing practice, education and administration

  • A graduate degree with a major in nursing

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the practice of nursing as an RN, and at least 2 years in the management of a nursing education program.

  • At least 2 years of teaching experience in nursing education.

  • Experience being clinical faculty.

  • Ability to use Laerdal manikins for simulation labs.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and external partners.

  • Experience with accreditation and regulatory compliance of nursing programs.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bonus points if:

  • You were a program administrator or associate program administrator for a nursing education program in Ohio.

The target base salary range for this opportunity is $100,000 - $125,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations.
