What you’ll do:
- Schedule, confirm, and support meetings for government VIP customers
- Monitor and maintain physical security of conference facilities
- Analyze customer administrative processes and procedures, and recommend improvements where possible
What you’ll need to succeed:
- You have 3 years of experience in a high-level corporate or government environment
- You have 3 years of experience supporting and administering conferencing technologies such as WebEx, Adobe Connect, Teams and Zoom
- You have 3 years of experience enforcing and following facility security requirements
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
- You have an active TS/SCI security clearance
