**Responsibilities:**
- Manage the primary school education program and staff.
- Develop and implement curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
- Monitor and report on program performance and metrics.
- Provide training and support to primary school educators.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in primary school education management.
- Professional certification in primary school education preferred.
