Selbstständige Vorbereitung der Produktion (z. B. Herstellung von Nährmedien)
Durchführung der Produktion (z. B. biotechnologische Gewinnung von Materialien)
Produktionsnachbereitung (u. a. Konfektionieren, Verpacken, Etikettieren der Produkte, Reinigen der Produktionsanlagen)
Gewährleistung reibungsloser Abläufe durch termin- und qualitätsgerechte Vorbereitung der Produktionsmittel
Eigenständige Durchführung visueller Qualitätskontrollen
Anforderungen
Idealerweise abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als
Biologisch-technische/r Assistent/in,
Lebensmitteltechniker/in
Chemisch-technische/r Assistent/in,
bzw. entsprechende Berufserfahrung oder Weiterbildung
Erfahrungen mit Arbeiten unter hohen Hygieneanforderungen und im Reinraum
Erfahrungen im Umgang mit dem Bedienen von Maschinen
