Your mission & challenges

As a Production Technician, you will take on a key role in the mechanical and electrical assembly of our robotic systems and ensure that every component is manufactured precisely, integrated correctly, and operates reliably.

Your main tasks include:

  • Assemble mechanical and electrical components as well as complete robotic systems according to technical drawings and specifications.

  • Integrate and wire mechanical and electrical components into fully functional units.

  • Perform quality and functional tests on assemblies and robotic systems to ensure flawless execution and verify that all defined requirements are met.

  • Document occurring errors, create precise error reports, and actively support systematic troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

  • A completed technical vocational training, for example as an Industrial Mechanic or Mechatronics Technician, enabling you to confidently work with technical drawings, bills of materials, and assembly instructions.

  • Interest in mechatronic systems as well as modern automation and robotics technologies.

  • Ideally, further training as a Technician or Master Craftsman.

  • Professional experience in automation or robotics is an advantage.

  • Experience in wiring and electrical installation, as well as knowledge of quality assurance and testing procedures for electromechanical assemblies, is a plus.

  • A professional attitude combined with a careful and well-structured working style.

  • Enjoyment of teamwork, a strong service orientation, and the ability to stay organized in demanding situations.

  • Confident communication skills in spoken and written German; English skills are an advantage.

Skills Required
