Job SummaryThis role supports business goals without P&L responsibility. It is accountable for assisting in the administration and operation of Duke Energy's products, programs, and services. The responsibilities include accurately managing performance indicators, coordinating program events, presenting information, and completing assigned tasks to support the efficient functioning of offerings across portfolio within the lines of business. This role may mentor more junior teammates.
ResponsibilitiesReview, validate, and process invoices, purchase orders, and purchase requisitions
Direct developing of tracking systems to monitor program analytics, customer satisfaction and earnings growth goals
Develop and provide draft accrual submissions
Work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate events and activities
Deliver presentations to various audiences
Analyze information to prepare a summary of findings that lead to actionable improvement recommendations
Administer contract terms and track compliance
Provides support to and responds to requests from matrix-relationship program and/or products & services manager(s)
Develop, manage, and maintain program documentation of performance and standard operating procedures
Analyze information to prepare a summary of finds that lead to implementation and actionable improvements
Participate in the implementation tools, software and processes as needed for customer relationship management, vendor information exchange, and other business operational needs
Analyze and understand market research results.
Implement promotional & sales strategies to expand offers accessibility to key target audiences.
Collaborate with program and marketing managers to implement marketing campaigns for new and existing offerings. Measure and analyze performance to lower cost per acquisition.
Capture, track and ensure timely follow-up on leads generated by campaigns, events, communications, plans and assessments
Evaluative key performance indicators that provide opportunities to improve lead generation and close rates by implementing initiatives to improve performance.
Execute initiatives to improve the effectiveness of more convenient service channels while measuring and analyzing results.
Support development of vendor relationships through contributions to the creation of Statements of Work.
Assist in managing the vendor relationships like a business owner for items like adherence to contract terms, compliance & performance standards, quality, timeliness, tracking and reporting, invoicing, customer satisfaction and coordination with program stakeholders
Conduct meetings and calls with vendor as needed to monitor performance, identify issues and adjust to changing conditions.
Develop product, program and service enhancements to improve market effectiveness by participating in product development initiatives
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Other Related Degree
Minimum 1 years related work experience
In lieu of Bachelors degree(s) AND 1 year(s) related work experience listed above, Associates AND 3 year(s) related work experience
Previous Duke Energy experience
2-3 years experience in operational and regulatory compliance for Non-Residential Energy Efficiency programs
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or equivalent and a minimum of three years of work-related experience.
Ability to leverage subject matter experts and resources
Excellent interpersonal skills
Business operation experience
Proficient in Office software tools
Hybrid Mobility Classification – Work will be performed from both remote and onsite locations after the onboarding period. However, hybrid employees should live within a reasonable daily commute to a Duke Energy facility.
