SALARY: $40.8470 per hour
SHIFTS: You must be available to be scheduled for any shift for 3 out of 4 weekends a month.
6:30AM-2:30PM (Day Shift) - No Shift Premium
2:30PM-10:30PM (Afternoon Shift) - Shift Premium of $0.20 / hour
10:30PM-6:30AM (Night Shift) - Shift Premium of $0.27 / hour

ROLE SUMMARY:
Bottlers are responsible for packaging and shipping our high-quality products to our consumers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate filling and packing equipment, drive forklifts, load materials onto machinery and load cases and kegs onto pallets for shipment.
Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety and sanitation practices are always followed.
Conduct process quality control checks.
Ensure accurate time stamping and labeling occurs for all products.
Clean production lines, work areas or other areas of the facility to maintain strict food plant sanitation standards.
Maintain production safety and quality requirements. • Unionized workforce – must stay in good standing on Union Dues.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required.
Computer proficient.
Must be able to continuously stand, bend, twist, and lift items up to 75 pounds.
Highly motivated, self-directed worker that can work by themselves in a fast pace and often loud production environment, but also can work in a team.
Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates.
Must be able to work varying shifts on weekends and/or holidays (days, afternoons, and
midnights).
Must be able and willing to work up to 12-hour days.
Able to be flexible with training Monday through Friday, with flexibility to be
scheduled on a variable schedule that includes the weekends.
Ability to pass all pre-employment testing including a background check, drug test, and driving history check.
Manufacturing experience preferred
