Who you are:
- Develop and coordinate the unit. Responsible for securing that the unit meets short to mid-term goals and customer expectations. Actively work with operational interfaces, communicate and coordinate.
About the job:
- Responsible for the performance and output of the unit, including financial responsibility
- Set and follow up targets for the unit, broken down from factory level

- Secure the result of Continuous Improvement activities in the unit, including Lean Six Sigma and 5S
- Perform audits according to ALPS
- Responsible for that Supply chain processes within the unit are implemented and maintained

What you know:
- Bachelor’s degree of Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3 years Leadership and management skills and experience
- 5-10 years of experience from production/manufacturing company
- Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen
- Project work experience
