As our new Production Support Engineer, you will be working in our moulding production in Device Component Manufactoring (DCM) in Hillerød. Here you will be supporting the equipment responsible engineers in our Equipment & Automation Support team.
You will be working on a broad range of different processes related to our production, depending on your unique skills and competencies. This could be capacity and improvement project activities, maintenance and TPM, automation, technical problem solving, LEAN activities, quality cases, change control and implementation, data usage, and administrative tasks.
You will work with improving our processes for maximum output in the right quality, in close collaboration with skilled workers, other engineers and maintenance responsible persons, both within the team, the department and across the factory. Shop floor related tasks, follow-ups and coordination, will also be a part of your work.
By being in touch with so many different processes and equipment, you will get a chance to learn about many core aspects of our production. As a consequence, you will be able to provide new ideas and suggestions for improvements to the way we work, making a positive impact for your colleagues and ultimately our patients.
Being curious and able to learn about a lot of things, and putting that knowledge to good use, will be an advantage for you in this position. As a new member in the department, you will start with a full introduction to the production equipment and our ways of working, as well as to your colleagues and stakeholders across the organization. Simultaneously, you will participate in the Novo Nordisk LEAN training program, to further develop your toolbox and align with internal LEAN procedures.
We work in one of the most value adding part of the company, ensuring products for millions of patients every day, and there are excellent possibilities for you to make a true and visible difference in your everyday work!

You can keep an overview of tasks and deliveries and break complex problems down to small bits through thoughtful analysis. You can work independently and in smaller teams, driving your own tasks and showing results. Having a detail-oriented and structured approach to your job will be an advantage, but you also need to be able to sometimes look at the bigger picture, execute tasks and coordinate activities quickly and efficiently.
