This specific role creates content – video, image, and audio – and supports the team as an expert and consult on production.

Key Responsibilities of the Role
Our CBAGENCY team is a critical member of the broader Brand, Content and Experience team.
This team is responsible for the creation and delivery of work for CommBank on a project basis, comprising but not limited to digital, social, print and video assets.
The team delivers work for clients including brand, retail marketing, business marketing and other internal functions with stories to tell.
The agency works with the designated brand guidelines, helping to govern the assets that make our brand the most valuable in the country (as determined by Kantar and Brand Finance 2022, and KANTAR top 100 most valuable brands globally 2024).
This role is a critical member of the CBAGENCY team, helping to bring ideas to life and continually create great work.
CBAGENCY is responsible for concepting, designing and producing work across a variety of channels in cost effective manner.
The agency also works alongside the village of connected partners to realise the aspirations for CommBank brand.
Requirements
Our Production Specialist must have a burning desire to create work that cuts through and drives impact.
The Production Specialist will work seamlessly with the team, C-Suite colleagues, and Brand & Content peers to create cut-through work and support the production team.
Experience of at least 6 years in production specialist roles, with evidence of having used similar hardware and software (see below) to capture and create content.
Experience with end-to-end production including storyboarding, filming, editing and delivery for social, digital, and broadcast channels.
Able to bring the best out of content creation – whilst leaning into the creative process and new technology solutions to further advance agency productivity goals.
Experience in leveraging AI tools to generate / manipulate content.
Tools of the trade – you will be professionally competent in:
Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and PhotoShop
Running multi-cam shoots, including lighting and sound
Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, drones
Studio and natural lighting both indoors and outdoors
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with solid presentation skills.
Experience working with C-suite executives and professional talent.
Understanding of agile methodology is advantageous.
Understanding and ability to apply the CBA Purpose and Values to effectively deliver outcomes.

Skills Required
