What You’ll Do
- Schedule and coordinate customer appointments for residential & commercial projects
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving concerns
- Manage project paperwork and maintain accurate client records
- Partner with production teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Support leadership in process improvements and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of customer service and appointment scheduling experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software quickly
- 18 years of age or older
