Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and communication to attract, retain and inspire employees.

  • Create the Build plan and Commit as per SnOP demand. Considering optimal build to meet demand and also Smooth operation for the factory. Identify buffer or build strategy where necessary.

  • Lead the MRP run and Material demand supply commit. Evaluate Max KIT vs Capacity to determine accurate Supply Commit.

  • Work with Production and Engineer to ensure execution of accurate Build Plans and Commits

  • Maintain and Coordinate cross-functional action lists to achieve build plans and commits

  • Liaison with Demand Manager and PLM to provide feedback on potential improvements and risks to build plans

  • Pro-actively signal for Commit risk and provide alternate solutions/scenarios to close Risk.

  • Work with Product/Process Engineering to ensure optimal timing and utilization of capacity based on demand

  • Provide suggestions and implement safety stock on assemblies and materials to protect against fluctuations in supply

  • Lead to Calculate Inventory projections and manage to meet the target/ Turn Over

  • Lead and drive to achieve KPI target – TTS (Time to Schedule) OTS (On time delivery to CRD) STFC (Ship to First Commit)

  • Lead Product transfer / Product ramp up to meet Revenue, Build Plan and Commit

  • Manage the Build Plan to minimize E&O including Material PCN/PEN transition.

  • Take responsibility for safety within assigned areas, enforce safety rules consistently and actively, provide adequate resources for safety management, Ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), Act as a role model for safety leadership.

Requirement

  • At least 8 years of experience in Supply chain or Engineering. Prefer candidates with strong planning, process engineering background or project management. 

  • Must possess strong leadership qualities and demonstrated result

  • Strong English and Local Language oral and written communication skills

  • Detailed knowledge and experience of manufacturing build planning and execution (preferably in binning products)

  • Project Management skills working with Action Lists and coordinating with owners for updates and resolution
