We are currently looking for a Production Planner to join our team.
Location: Szczecin, Poland (full-time, on-site role)
Contract: contract of employment, we are open for long-term cooperation
Responsibilities in this role will be:
- Production orders sequencing and balancing
Checking bottleneck in production
Developing production planning tool
Defining planning methodology
Build and develop transparency of production planning processes
Meet or exceed market expectations for responsiveness and delivery time
Deliver insights to improve general performance through make/buy analyses or similar
We are looking for you to have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR & Payroll Specialist or similar role - mandatory requirement
- Practical knowledge of labor law, social security regulations, and HR/payroll administration processes - mandatory requirement
- Ability to independently manage HR and payroll processes
- Experience working with Enova and Płatnik systems
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational skills
- Good command of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities
