MISSION :
Responsible for the creation and weekly distribution of the production plan of all or part of the business activity and for some activities the delivery plan, which maximises the response to customer needs by optimising the industrial stock of the products delivered, and the industrial cost of the business activity.
Identify the tactical constraints of the business activity, analyse their loading and contribute to the tactical plan of the business activity.
Analyses the results of the service indicator by identifying recurring and frequent causes of disruption and proposes improvements,
Update the planning tactic of the business activity and convert it to IFP results, campaign inventory norms and mold requirements.
Manage, by delegation, the security stock norms of his/her dimensional portfolio.
Oversees compliance with the master production plan by the production and delivery , intervenes on deviations
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS :
A production plan (and for some activities a delivery plan) is drafted and distributed weekly to meet customer needs over the short-term horizon
A contribution to the tactical analysis of the business activity: critical resource loading rates, responsiveness and flexibility options, planning tactics and internal gateways, moulds, etc.
An update of the inventory standards in the production planning systems
The supervision of production is ensured to comply with the production commitments and flow control rules.
The shipping operations of the products of the business operation are organised to guarantee the desired service and delivery times.
Progress on the "delivery" KPI of the business activity and the foundations delivery
Guarantees that processes and applications are correctly applied and used (including parameters) and escalates to Business Support Experts when necessary need on functioning application.
Update users documentation (procedure, operating modes...)
Provides key feedbacks on processes & applications performance as well as needs for evolution to Business Support Expert
Contributes to processes and tools deployment
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related fields
2-3 years experience in Industrial operational planning and inventory management
Excellent in analytical and problem solving skill
Excellent in communication, collaboration and teamwork
Proactive, ability to handle various stakeholders and unexpected challenges.
Business Proficiency in English and Thai language
Skills Required
