Job DescriptionWe’re currently seeking a Production Operator, or what we like to call an Ink Technician, to join our team.
- Starting Pay: $21.50/hour (highly competitive)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

The person in this role will create batches of ink in a safe and efficient manner. As an Ink Technician you will be responsible for:
- Following batch instructions to weight batches, change and mix inks
- Understanding proper mixing procedures and raw materials
- Mix batches of Ink and make additions as directed
- Packaging finished product
- Operating a forklift
To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:
- Have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Have basic math, communications and mechanical logic skills
- multi-task
