SUMMARY:
The Production Office Coordinator supports the Production Manager (PM) who is responsible for the management of all front end departments for a production. In this role, you assist in keeping everything in the animation pipeline running smoothly. The Production Office Coordinator also helps orient the Production Assistant to help with all clerical and administrative tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and schedule production meetings.
- Coordinate travel for production.
- Handle and complete expense reports.
- Order office supplies for the department.
- Answer phone calls including checking messages, rolling calls, keeping phone logs and prioritizing call backs.
- Special projects as needed. Handle requests made by crew members, Department Leadership and Production Management.
- Effectively communicate accurate and timely information to Production Management.
- Organize paperwork that is received so that it is easily retrievable.
- Create trusting and open relationships with productions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous animation office or project experience.
- Highly organized, resourceful and diligent with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast paced department.
- Must be willing to take direction.
- Able to work independently and set appropriate priorities.
- Take direction when needed and also take the initiative where applicable.
- Able to maintain a high level of discretion.
- Computer and technology literate – familiarity with Mac/PC operating systems, Photoshop, Word, Excel and Gmail.
The anticipated base salary for this position is $25.00/hour to $31.00/hour. This role may also qualify for incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
