POSITION : Production Ministry Lead
CAMPUS : Littleton
DEPARTMENT: Production
REPORTS TO: Denver Production Dept. Head
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
1 . Maintain all production systems/equipment in proper working order, ready for service and event use inauditorium, youth room , and Kids ministry rooms .
2 . Responsible for executing the Weekend Experience services through set up, leading production teams ,calling cues/transitions, coordinating with staff, pastors and worship team to address production needs.
3 . Oversee campus production volunteer team in the areas of scheduling , training , shepherding ,
4 . Ensure equipment is secure when not in use, by properly powering down , storing covering or what’sappropriate for each item .
5 . Maintain the high standard production values in each service and events .
6 .Work directly with CP , worship leaders, and staff on normal week to week technology needs .
7 . Responsible for implementing Central guidelines, strategies, and training protocols at the campus levelas defined by the Central Production Team and Director.
8 . Works with the Production Director on special events and other projects beyond the local campusneeds.
9 . IT and technology support/assistance when needed .
10 . Work with Production Director on creating capital/operating budgets, needs assessments, requests ,and then spending within that appropriate budget.
11 . Assisting the Creative Team projects as needed .
