Contestant Production Manager
Core Function: Serve as the operational hub for all confirmed contestants — aligning casting, production, and logistics to ensure participants are cleared, coordinated, and ready at speed.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work alongside Production teams to align contestant readiness with the master production schedule
- Partner closely with the Head of Casting to ensure creative shifts are routed back through the casting team efficiently
- Act as the central point of coordination between Casting, Care, Legal, and Production
- Own contestant readiness timelines and communicate timing impacts in fast-moving environments
- Forecast staffing needs based on volume and complexity
- Oversee medical, psychological, and legal clearance completion
- Ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete
- Manage travel, lodging, intake logistics, and on-set roster tracking
- Track contestant operations budget and flag risks or variances early
- Serve as the operational escalation point during production
- Supervise the Contestant and Care Coordinators and maintain organized tracking systems
