Production Manager

Eitan Medical is a fast-growing global medical device company, developing and manufacturing innovative drug delivery and infusion solutions across the continuum of care- from the hospital to the home. We are looking for an excellent Production Manager to join the Operations team.

Job Description:

The Production Manager is responsible for leading manufacturing operations in a regulated medical device environment, managing Production Team Leaders and ensuring efficient, high-quality, and compliant production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Manage and lead Production Team Leaders, including ongoing professional development, performance management, and support.

·      Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and integration of production employees.

·      Manage workforce allocation and production staffing, including employee assignments and transfers between production stations according to operational needs.

·      Ensure discipline, adherence to procedures, and high professional standards across the production floor.

·      Manage, develop, and continuously improve manufacturing and Final testing processes.

·      Own manufacturing processes and ensure operational quality and compliance.

·      Ensure production activities are performed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company procedures.

·      Work closely and collaboratively with the Quality ang Engineering departments to ensure compliance, address quality issues, and continuously improve production processes.

·      Drive operational excellence and implement Lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives

Direct Manager: Director of Manufacturing

·      Education:

o  B.S.c in engineering or related field

·      Job skills:

o  Proven experience working in a regulated environment - mandatory.

o  2 years of experience in a medical device company - advantage

o  Large volume manufacturing experience

o  2-3 years of management experience

o  Deep familiarity with ISO 13485 and other relevant standards

o  Familiarity with Lean methodology- an advantage.

o  Strong people-management skills and experience managing production-floor employees.

o  Experience with manufacturing and quality documentation - an advantage.

·      Computer skills:

o  Full control in all Office programs

o  hands-on proficiency in SAP ERP System

·      Personality:

o  Well organized and paying attention to  details

o  Independent, responsible and patient

o  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

o  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic production environment.

·      Language skills:

o  Fluent English - writing and verbal
