Pay: $75,000 - $100,000 / year

Responsibilities:
- Direct, monitor, and dispatch technician workloads to maximize daily efficiency
- Maintain seamless communication between Service Advisors, Technicians, and Management to keep everyone on the same page
- Relay repair orders quickly, minimize delays, and handle Used Car Inspection ROs with accuracy
- Keep Service Advisors updated on repair statuses, potential delays, and parts requests
- Track technician productivity goals, manage shop maintenance, and order/organize special tools
- Keep the Service Manager updated with daily status and activity reports
Qualifications:
- Required: Experience as a Journeyman/Master Technician and/or Service Manager within a dealership environment (Note: If you don't know what a flat-rate hour is, this isn't the role for you!)
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Comfortable navigating Dealership Management Systems (DMS) and standard shop software
- Ability to positively motivate, manage, and develop a diverse team of technicians
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
