About the Role

SmartMedia Technologies is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to lead the oversight and management of the Deliver phase in our Web3 campaign development process. This critical role ensures seamless project execution, maintains high-quality standards, and drives efficiency across campaigns. As a Production Manager, you will manage client communications, lead the production team, and contribute to creative strategy development with a focus on Web3 technology integration.

What you’ll do

Project Management:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, and timelines, with a specific focus on Web3 technology integration.
  • Lead and manage all work streams related to campaign development, including scope, user journey, creative design, legal, and engineering.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues impacting timelines or quality.
  • Manage client communications, including capturing key decisions and inputs, providing recommendations, and reporting project progress with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, emphasizing Web3 integration details.

Partnership:

  • Ensure client and team members understand roles and responsibilities in Web3 projects.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear expectations, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure team productivity and morale.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, ensuring transparency and effective communication with internal stakeholders and client success management.

Quality Assurance & Resource Management:

  • Establish and implement quality control processes.
  • Conduct thorough reviews to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Evaluate project changes and communicate impact to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative leadership to coordinate resources and optimize utilization.
  • Monitor resource availability and adjust assignments as necessary to meet project objectives.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities that demonstrate innovation, passion, service, and execution:

  • Strong client communication skills, with a problem-solving approach to achieve optimal results.
  • Proficiency in Asana or similar project management software.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve challenges.
  • A proactive, resilient, and adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization in a collaborative manner.

 

Education, Experience and Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications and/or work experience in a related field.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, CSM, SCRUM) is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role in technology is preferred.
  • Experience with client-facing project management and Web3, NFT technology, and SaaS is ideal.
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and driving successful digital marketing and consumer engagement campaigns.
