Kitchen Production daily responsibilities: Open cans, drums, bags, and bins and empty contents/ingredients of each into kettles or holding containers; maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area; read recipes and weigh ingredients according to the specifications of the recipe; measures the brix, consistency, temperature, and PH of products; cook the products in batches as indicated by the recipes or as directed by the kitchen supervisor; and complete required documents, product quality forms, Quality Assurance forms and daily batch reports.
