What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support a team of Retread Technicians by providing guidance and answering procedural questions
- Assist with training and onboarding of new Retread Technicians
- Ensure all retreading procedures and quality standards are consistently followed
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to retreading equipment and processes
- Perform regular quality inspections of retreaded tires to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
- Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety, including consistent use of required PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe boots
What You Bring:
- Strong understanding of tire retreading processes, equipment, and materials
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected challenges
- Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Thorough knowledge of company and industry safety standards, procedures, and regulations
