Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Production Inventory Control Coordinator to join our MMO (Material Maintenance Operations) team in San Antonio, TX.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inventory of stored materials and reports deterioration/ damage
  • Remove and issue material from storage and prepare for shipment
  • Perform assigned duties while wearing required safety equipment
  • Perform assigned duties on all shifts without encumbrance due to weather or physical location and conditions.
  • Order parts, tools, materials, and equipment as required to perform assigned duties
  • Housekeeping, inventory control and other pertinent coverage.
  • Review and analyze production scheduling requirements to determine products, materials, and actions necessary to ensure the availability of sufficient materials and hardware to meet schedules
  • Identify, investigate, analyze and determine best solutions and coordinates the resolution of problems to ensure
    adherence to quality standards, schedules and budgets for material cost
  • Occasionally perform in-depth analysis of complex problems related to material requirement, inventories, schedules and configuration control

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Experience with warehouse inventory including parts accuracy and accountability
  • Experience working in a computer-based inventory management system or warehouse management system
  • Experience using a computer to complete work-related activities
  • Ability to obtain and/or already possess a forklift operator certification
  • Ability to work variable shifts (i.e. scheduled and unscheduled overtime; weekends and holidays) to support mission requirements and workload

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Able to use warehouse equipment
  • Able to use a 2-person lift for weights greater than 50lbs

Summary Pay Rate: $53,000 / $25.48 per hour
