Support production by reviewing and translating design drawings into detailed shop drawings and cutting plans, prepare jigs/fixtures, manage drawing revisions, collaborate with product and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve methods, and ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and workshop procedures.

Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Vocational (SMK) graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in production engineering, manufacturing, steel fabrication, furniture manufacturing, or technical drafting.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (minimum 2022); knowledge of SolidWorks and SketchUp is an advantage.
- Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and develop detailed shop drawings for production.
- Good understanding of steel fabrication, furniture manufacturing, production methods, and manufacturability principles.
- Familiar with workshop machinery, fabrication tools, and production workflows.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage engineering documentation accurately.
- Able to work independently while meeting project deadlines.
- Committed to safety standards and workshop operational procedures.
- Willing to work full-time on-site at AMODA's Workshop in Karawaci, Tangerang.
