 Overview

The Production Coordinator will report into the Director and collaborate and partner with cross-functional departments, ensuring company data is accurate across all platforms.

 

Responsibilities

· Helping to ensure UPC’s and Purchase Orders are populated into NetSuite accurately and in a timely manner.

· Will support with weekly tracking, WIP, Delivery, and daily communication with the supply base.

· Validating / Cross-referencing data on Line Sheets, NetSuite data, and production details such as product assets and UPCs Create and Maintain UPC’s for new styles in GS1, which are shared with outside vendors and entered NetSuite ·

· Placing and maintaining Purchase Orders ·

· Prepares pack slip into a readable format to cross reference all product receipts·

· WIP file update· Weekly Tracking update

· Collaborate with cross functional teams from Design, Tech Design, Development, and Receiving to ensure on time delivery per calendar

· Partner with Product Development and Design team to troubleshoot issues that arise during production while supporting issues to resolution

· Daily communication with factories

· Follow up with vendors throughout the production stages to ensure deadlines are being maintained

· Coordinate shipping timelines and work alongside with shipping team to confirm all products arrive on time

 

 

Qualifications-

· 2-3 years industry experience preferred-

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word etc.)-

· Organization skills and ability to multi task-

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills-

· Candidate must be highly motivated, adaptable, flexible, and a self-starter in a fast-pace environment
