We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Production Support to support daily manufacturing operations by ensuring smooth production flow and timely issue resolution. This role works closely with both Production and Engineering teams, focusing on operator training, routine failure analysis, production control, and supporting engineering activities including New Product Introduction (NPI). The ideal candidate is responsive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily operational support to Production and Engineering teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
Train and onboard new operators, ensuring proper understanding of work instructions, processes, and quality standards
Perform routine failure analysis (FA), identify issues, and support disposition to resolve production problems in a timely manner
Monitor and control production activities to ensure output targets, quality, and delivery requirements are achieved
Support engineering requests, including process improvements and New Product Introduction (NPI), ensuring smooth execution
Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to troubleshoot production or yield-related issues and implement corrective actions
Track and report production performance, issues, and improvements to relevant stakeholders
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions, and quality requirements
Maintain accurate records and documentation for production and process activities
Follow all safety rules and regulations, use PPE properly, and report unsafe conditions, near misses, and incidents immediately
Qualifications
High Vocational Diploma or higher in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production support, or operations roles
Experience in coordinating production activities or supporting shopfloor operations is an advantage
Basic knowledge of production processes, failure analysis (FA), and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with semiconductor assembly processes is a plus
Ability to follow and interpret work instructions and operational procedures
Good coordination and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn technical processes and support hands-on production activities
