Essential Duties:
- Create accurate and complete bills-of-materials on a job-specific basis.
- Create and release information for production.
- Release information to Purchasing Department to acquire special order materials.
- Accurately read, understand, and comply with all schedules.
- Verify the accuracy of information based on customer requirements and Halcon standards.
- Maintain a clean and efficient workspace, including organized product work files.
- Assume other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Computer proficiency with the ability to learn job-specific software.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organization and administrative skills.
- Familiarity with Engineering and Manufacturing areas, their processes, procedures, and rules.
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload with multiple deadlines.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
