Primary Responsibilities:
- Order scheduling via Capacity Planning Tools
- Processes expedite requests.
- Maintain capacity maintenance (shift calendar, scheduled down-times and machine break-down management)
- Monitor monthly lead time estimates for Sales and Distribution
- Print out, validate, and complete SAP production orders
- Release orders and distribute to the shop
- Analyze capacity planning and provide appropriate recommendation for same.
- Perform analysis on all development plans for production and ensure compliance to all customer demands in facility.
- Prepare performance models and plan capacity effectively.
- Design and schedule all weekly production and ensure effective implementation of schedule.
- Provide assistance to analytical design of systems and forecast all resource capacity requirements.
- Manage all key system metrics and provide support to all ad hoc reports and dashboards.
- Analyze processes and identify process improvement enhancement.
- All other duties as assigned by leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient with computer programs such as Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in SAP
- Understand manufacturing processes.
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Ability to work in a Team Environment
- 2- 4 years related experience.
- College degree preferred
- 20/20 vision required with or without correction.
- Ability to use hands, sit, stand, and or walk 100% of the workday.
- Ability to use a computer.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
