Production Associate for Huber Heights
Starting Pay: $19.67 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday 7:15am-3:45pm
As a Production Associate you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!
Primary Responsibilities
- The position involves blending, measuring, and producing raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings.
- Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods.
- Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
- Load & Unload racks of parts, mask and unmask parts, touchup/rework, process rejects, inspect parts coming down lines, operates a hoist where necessary
- Prepare materials and products for packaging and shipment to customers.
- You will work in a production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to work any job and work overtime as needed.
