What You’ll Do:
- Inspect and prepare tires for the retreading process.
- Operate specialized retreading equipment to buff, repair, and reapply new tread to tires.
- Ensure all retreaded tires meet quality and safety standards.
- Maintain and clean work areas, tools, and machinery.
- Follow company safety protocols and procedures.
- Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines
What You Bring:
- Previous manufacturing experience beneficial.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety guidelines.
